Thinning
Hair that has lost density through the mid-lengths and no longer holds a shape. The ends go see-through before the length does, so a cut that used to sit well starts collapsing by the afternoon. This is the case where placement matters most: weight in the wrong row is what makes thinning hair look thinner, and it is why the rows get planned before anything is ordered rather than improvised on the day.
Lost volume
Length that is technically there but sits flat, thin at the ends, and refuses to move. Usually it is density rather than length that went, which is why growing it out never fixes it. Added correctly, the volume goes underneath and through the mid-lengths, so what you notice is that your hair finally holds the shape you have been asking it for.
Undetectable
You want the result, and you want nobody to identify how you got it. That is a placement question and a hair question, not a method question — the hairline stays out so you can still wear it up, the color is matched to what you already have rather than to a swatch, and individual strands move on their own instead of as a curtain — which is what makes the rows sit flat enough to disappear under your own hair.

Two methods. One decision, made on your hair.
Microbead
Individual i-tip strands fixed at the root with a small bead. No heat, no glue, and the hair is reused at every move-up. The method I specialize in and the one most of my clients wear.
Keratin
Individual strands with a keratin bond, softened with a heating tool and molded to your own hair. Chosen when your hair and the look you want call for a bond rather than a bead. This hair is not reused.
The hair
Premium Slavic hair. It is the half of the result nobody sees on a photograph and everybody feels six months in.
Which one you get is decided at the consultation, on your hair, in person. Installing extensions, and nothing but extensions, for 10 years.

Washing
Shampoo goes on your fingertips, not on your head. Glide your fingers through the rows and massage gently at the scalp. Never wash overhead — water makes the hair heavier and you want to keep tension off the beads and the tangles out. Conditioner belongs on the mid-lengths and the ends only, never at the roots, so nothing works its way into the attachment.
The humidity
South Florida is the reason the drying and brushing routine matters more here than it would somewhere dry. Damp hair left to itself at the rows is where matting starts, and matting is what shortens the life of a set faster than any amount of wear. We go through your routine at the install, on your hair, in your bathroom — not as a printed sheet you read once.
The move-up
Every two to four months, depending on how fast your own hair grows and how dense it is. With microbead, the attachment point travels down with the hair, so the rows are taken out, moved back to the root and reset, and the hair itself is not replaced. Keratin bonds are removed and replaced instead. That is the appointment most people underestimate and it is the one that keeps the set looking like it did in the first week.
What it costs to keep
Premium Slavic hair is reusable, and on a microbead set that is the whole economics of it. Looked after properly the same hair comes through several move-ups, so what you pay for at the start is not a consumable, it is the material you keep. Cheaper hair is cheaper once. The figure for your hair comes out of the consultation, on your head, rather than off a price list that was written for somebody else's.
When the answer is no
Not every head of hair is ready. Hair that is mid-recovery, too fine at the attachment points to carry weight, or still settling after a chemical service gets a plan and a date rather than an install. Saying so costs a booking and saves the hair, and it is the single reason a set still looks right a year later. It depends on the amount of hair we add. Between forty-five minutes and three hours.
How much hair will I need?
That is measured on your own hair rather than guessed from a photograph. Density, length and the look you are after all move the number, which is why nothing is ordered before the consultation.
What hair do you use, and what makes Slavic hair different?
Premium Slavic hair, always. It is the best quality hair I have worked with in ten years: it comes in every length, texture and color, it takes the movement of your own hair, and on microbead it can be reused at a move-up, which is the part that decides what your extensions are still worth a year in.
Can I wear my hair up?
You absolutely can, because we leave the hairline out. That leaves you enough of your own hair to cover the beads completely.
Can I color my hair afterwards?
Yes. You can color your roots and you can color the extensions, because it is one hundred percent real hair. I do not do color myself. That stays with your colorist, and I match the extension hair to what you already have.
How do I wash them, and what about the humidity here?
